Naomi Lee, a linguist and former professor with international teaching experience, built her career around understanding how adults learn best. Her expertise in instructional design and localization has shaped training programs in multiple languages, ensuring content resonates across cultures and industries. A University of Utah Instructional Design Certificate contributes to her expertise.

Diego Bórquez, a technical leader fluent in Storyline, Vyond, LMS administration, and multilingual e-learning development, saw how technology could transform “click-next” compliance modules into dynamic, interactive experiences. Together, they founded Craft Learning Studio to merge storytelling, adult learning science, and technology—so organizations can replace forgettable training with meaningful learning that delivers results.
